1. The recognition system is based on artificial intelligence, and the recognition results are for reference only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should judge harmful content themselves.
2. AnimeTrace assumes no responsibility for images uploaded by users. If any disputes arise from using AnimeTrace-related services, AnimeTrace assumes no responsibility.
3. Recognition content images are for reference only to determine if characters are correct. AnimeTrace has no copyright over all images. For commercial use, please contact the relevant rights holders yourself.
4. All AnimeTrace recognition results prioritize Japanese as the primary language. Some results may provide Chinese translations from the internet, which do not represent AnimeTrace's views.
5. For special reasons, AnimeTrace only supports recognition (including but not limited to anime, games, GalGame characters). Works outside the supported scope are generally not included.
6. AnimeTrace is just an intelligent search project aimed at helping users query related character information. This site strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations and provides no work resources.
7. This site does not store, provide, or accept any pirated resource online or download services.
8. This site calls for serious treatment of copyright issues.

033. Privacy Policy

1. User-uploaded images are only used for current recognition and will not be used for other purposes.
2. Without active user feedback or authorization, user images will not participate in model training.
3. This site will not actively collect, store, or share users' personal information.
4. When you use the AnimeTrace Agent (AI chat assistant), your conversations with the assistant and the related images may be retained and used to improve and train our recognition model, and to prevent abuse or misuse of the model. This assistant is a separate, optional feature and is handled differently from the basic recognition described above.

1. Parts of this site's user interface (including but not limited to logos, recognition interface, and document information) are generated by artificial intelligence.
2. Without authorization, any form of reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
3. Regarding API interface calls, AnimeTrace allows any commercial or personal use without AnimeTrace-related authorization (for commercial use, please consult copyright holders regarding resource-related matters or disable character preview services).
4. All interfaces of this site are provided for real-time queries by actual users. To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, systematic or large-scale access to, or harvesting of, the interfaces and recognition results through automated means (such as scripts or crawlers) is prohibited without prior written permission; such access may be restricted without further notice.
